I listed my Ocean City condo with Jim near the end of the rental season. As soon as I had an opening between rentals, Jim arranged to have the property shown for the first time. The very next day I received a cash offer and the property was sold! Between the offer and the settlement, Jim was in touch frequently and he personally took care of some last-minute issues that made the sale and the settlement go smoothly. I could not have asked for a better outcome!
Jim was incredible to work with! He was attentive, responsive, and honest with all information. Very easy to work with and accommodating. My husband and I were buying a home from out of state and he always worked with us and our schedules! Multiple times he went to properties on our behalf and made the process so easy for us.
